Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)

The purpose of this programme is to develop Information Technology Professionals that are capable of identifying opportunities for the design of software and IT solutions to improve industry and society. This is accomplished by applying their system evaluation, consultancy, project management, programming and data and process modelling skills. In this programme students are exposed to IT environments for Health Informatics, Manufacturing or Marine Engineering.

Advanced Diploma (Information Technology)

The study of Information Technology (IT) at this level aims to address and equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in the Information Technology discipline. Students will be able to analyse, design and implement IT solutions to make meaningful contributions to the industry and national development, by ensuring optimal utilisation of IT resources.
