This qualification requires a minimum of 60% average in the final year of an appropriate Diploma in Information Technology. The particular subjects done in the Diploma will determine which subjects can be chosen in the Advanced Diploma.

This includes, but is not limited to, the various forms of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems, control systems, computer systems, data and voice communication systems, automated robotic systems, and medical technologies. The Electrical Engineering technologist assists in creating wealth and improving people’s quality of life.
