This programme consists of two years full-time study at Nelson Mandela University, followed by one year of in-service training at a suitable laboratory. BCom (Industrial Psychology & Human Resource Management)

This programme combines Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management with subjects such as Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Law and Labour Relations. The Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology is registered with the Health Professions Council as a training facility for industrial psychologists.
